Thanks for purchasing direct from Stryker. We strive to provide the highest level of service and support possible. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after receiving their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
We do not accept opened personal care items or medical devices to be returned. Please read the entire policy to learn how to request a refund.
If you have an unopened case of products that you no longer need either due to family circumstances or death of a loved one please contact our customer care team for a refund.
Any claims for missing or incorrect items in your shipment must be made within 1 week of receiving your order. Stryker will provide a replacement item if our error (incorrect or missing item shipped, damaged, etc.).
Damage or Defective
If the item you received is damaged or defective, we may request that you send the damaged/defective item back to us so we can inspect for quality. Please do not throw away your damaged/defective item until you have spoken with our customer care team. A shipping label will be provided if we suspect the item is damaged or defective.

Please include the following in your email:
- Subject: Refund request
- Email: Include your order number, name, and phone number.
Once your refund has been approved, a refund credit will be issued within 5 business days.
