We strive to provide the highest level of service and quality possible. We know your health is important to you. For quality and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on medical products.
You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery if your circumstances or medical needs have changed. Orders older than 30 days are not eligible for refund. Please read the entire policy to learn how to request a refund.
We recommend opening your shipments right away to ensure you received the correct product and quantities. Any claims for missing or incorrect items in your shipment must be made within one week of receiving your order. Stryker will provide a replacement item right away if you received the wrong item or incorrect quantity.
Damage or defective
If you suspect the item you received is damaged or defective, please call our Customer Service team right away. Please do not throw away the item until you have spoken with Customer Service. We may request that you send the item back to us. If we ask you to ship the product back to us, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Customer Service will ship a replacement item at no cost or offer a full refund.
Death or medical circumstance
We understand that your health and the health of your loved ones can change quickly. If you have recently ordered products to care for a loved one and no longer need the items due to death or unforeseen medical circumstance, please contact our Customer Care team. If you ordered within 30 days we can refund orders up to $100. We do not ask you to return products, even if unopened.

- Subject: Refund request
- Email: Include your order number, name, and phone number and brief reason for requesting a refund.
If you are eligible for a refund, a store credit or refund to your original payment method will be issued within five (5) business days.
