How do I use Schedule and save?

Simply select the “subscribe and save” option when adding a product to your cart and tell us how frequently you would like your order to ship. We'll deliver your product(s) at your requested intervals. You can cancel anytime and there are no additional fees!

What are your delivery schedule options?

Most products are available in 4 week, 6 week, 8 week, 12 week or 16 week intervals.

When will I get my first order?

Your first shipment will be processed and delivered as soon as you sign up for the program and place your first order. If you would like a different frequency, please reach out to our Customer Care team.

What happens after I get my first shipment?

Orders are automatically processed on the schedule you selected. We’ll notify you 5 days before each order ships, giving you the opportunity to make any updates or changes to your program settings (i.e. skip a delivery, change frequency, etc).

Will I really save 10% on every order I place?

Yes, on every subscription order, including your first order.

Do I have to enter a coupon code to get the discount?

No, you do not. 10% of the order total will be deducted automatically. Make sure to select the subscription frequency option when adding an item to your cart. You will see the discount applied in the shopping cart.

Do Schedule and save orders ship free?

Subscription orders greater than $50 ship free. You’ll receive free shipping in addition to your 10% off discount! Not to mention the convenience of fast, auto-delivery.

How do I update my scheduling options?

You may change your scheduling options by contacting our Customer Care team, or login to your account and select "My Subscriptions" to disable your subscription at any time.

Is there a limit to how many Schedule and save purchases I can get the discount on?

No, there is not. Whether you ask to repeat your purchase four times, ten times, fifty times or more, you’ll lock in 10% savings on each order.

Is the price of the products on my Schedule and save orders guaranteed for as long as I continue your shipments?

Prices on our products are subject to change. If the price of a product in your Schedule and save order goes up or down, the price you are charged for that product will be raised or lowered accordingly. It is calculated based on the current price of that product at the time your order ships. You will still continue to receive 10% off and will be able to review pricing in the email you receive 5 days before your next order ships.

Can my Schedule and save orders be shipped to different addresses?

Yes, they can. For example, if you want to send Bath Washcloths to your parents, and our Rinse-free Shampoo Cap to yourself, you would simply place separate Schedule and save orders to ship to different addresses.

Can I have different products sent to me at different time intervals?

Yes, you can. By selecting different Schedule and save intervals when you add to cart, you can schedule each product order to your preferences. If you want your Bodypads shipped every two weeks but your Comfort Shield® shipped only once a month, you would simply place two separate Schedule & Save orders, selecting the desired subscription frequency for each product and save 10% on both!

Can I change the delivery address of my recurring order?

Yes, it’s easy to do. Simply contact our Customer Care team to update the address.

Can I cancel a subscription order online?

Yes, you can. As long as the order has not yet shipped the order can be cancelled. To stop further subscription orders at any time, simply contact our Customer Care team or disable your subscription in your profile when logged into the site.
